The Hoosier Lottery hosted its 2nd Annual Women in Lottery Leadership (WiLL) Indiana Chapter meeting
The Hoosier Lottery hosted its 2nd Annual Women in Lottery Leadership (WiLL) Indiana Chapter meeting, an internal employee group dedicated to professional development, mentorship, and connection across our organization. We celebrated the Class of 2025 Mentor Program, recognizing 9 graduates and extending a heartfelt thank‑you to all the mentors who generously dedicated their time and support over the past year.
We were also honored to welcome Ashleigh Newbold, Vice President of Engagement at Indiana Sports Corp, who shared valuable insights from her professional and leadership journey — an inspiring highlight for all who attended.
We’re already looking forward to welcoming our 2026 class of mentees as we continue to build a strong internal community where employees can learn, lead, and lift one another up.
