Loto-Quebec Posts Historic $3B in Total Revenue for Fiscal Year

Montreal, June  3, 2026  – For the first time, Loto-Québec has surpassed $3 billion in total revenue. Its consolidated net income, which is entirely returned to the community, reached over $1.5 billion for the fourth consecutive year. The Corporation also paid out a record amount to lottery winners, more than $1.9 billion, creating 111 new millionaires during the fiscal year.

Quotes from the President and CEO

"This excellent performance demonstrates the strength of our organization and our ability to maintain a growth trajectory, while generating significant benefits for Quebec," says Jean-François Bergeron.

“It is essential that Loto-Québec take its place in the online gaming sector, including sports betting, in order to ensure better regulation and guarantee that profits benefit the Quebec community. We favour a responsible approach, which aims to capture the market rather than stimulate its growth.”

“Our major real estate projects—namely, the addition of a hotel adjacent to the Montreal Casino, the establishment of gaming halls in Rimouski and Saguenay, and the expansion of the convention centre at the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy—reflect our commitment to enriching the customer experience and contributing to the economic and tourism vitality of Quebec.”
