Pennsylvania Lottery Celebrates America’s 250th Anniversary with Special Second-Chance Drawing Offering $305,000 in Prizes

Middletown, PA – The Pennsylvania Lottery today announced the launch of the America250PA Second-Chance Drawing, offering players 18 or older the chance to win a share of $305,000 in prizes, including money to play online. This year’s annual summer Second-Chance Drawing has been reimagined in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary to help build excitement for this historic milestone.
“Pennsylvania’s role in our nation’s founding makes America’s 250th anniversary a special milestone for our Commonwealth,” said Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Drew Svitko. “The America250PA Second-Chance Drawing is a fun way to celebrate that history while giving players the chance to win exciting prizes, be part of the statewide celebration, and take pride in knowing they are part of the Lottery’s mission of generating proceeds for life-sustaining senior programs.”
Now through August 20, 2026, players may enter any winning or non-winning tickets from the following games purchased at a licensed Lottery retailer: CASH POP™, PICK 2, PICK 3, PICK 4, PICK 5, Treasure Hunt, Cash 5 with Quick Cash, Match 6 Lotto, Millionaire for Life™, Mega Millions®, Powerball®, Keno, and Derby Cash Horse Racing.
Draw Game tickets purchased online are not eligible for entry.
Players who enter eligible tickets have a chance to win one top prize of $250,000, one of two prizes of $25,000, and one of 20 prizes of $250 to play online.
The America250PA Second-Chance Drawing is part of the Pennsylvania Lottery’s broader effort to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. In addition to this promotion, the Lottery is sponsoring the America250PA statewide concert series, which will bring free celebratory events to communities across the Commonwealth.
